  • Why do I need to pay for tickets?
Performers have been giving away their art for a long time due to Covid-19 taking away a lot of income for people who rely on live events. We’ve created this series for fans to show their support. Purchasing tickets enables performers and crew to get paid for their work.
  • If I’m planning on watching with a friend, do I need to buy 2 tickets?"
The more the merrier! You’ll need to purchase 1 ticket per viewing device, but if you have a couple of people enjoying the show on a single screen, please consider purchasing a higher value ticket, or pledging an additional donation to show your support.
  • I’ve ordered tickets but haven’t received a confirmation email. Did my booking go through?
After completing your order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to your nominated e-mail address. Please check if the e-mail is possibly caught in your spam or junk folder. Perhaps the indicated e-mail address contains a typing error. In this case, please contact us. Your link to access the show will be sent to you 24 hours before the show.
  • Can I be in the same zoom room as my friends?
If you want to attend in a group you need to buy all tickets in a single transaction otherwise you may be split into different zoom rooms.
  • I lost my E-Ticket. What can I do?
Your E-Ticket will be sent to you 24 hours before the show. In this email you’ll receive a link and a code to access the show. If you lost your E-Ticket, please contact us, and we will send it to you again. Please note, INSIDE SETS assumes no liability for lost or stolen tickets. Each E-Ticket contains a unique link and can, therefore, be redeemed only once.
  • How do I join the event?
Each virtual event has its own registration link with Zoom if you have an ‘Inside’ ticket or a streaming partner if you have a General Admission ticket. Please check your confirmation email for details. If you have purchased an ‘Inside’ ticket you will need to ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of Zoom in order to participate. You can open a Zoom link in your web browser, but to take full advantage of the program, we highly suggest that you download it to your desktop or mobile device to join.

In the event that an event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, refunds will be possible via the original ticketing site.
  • Are E-Tickets transferable or are they personalised?
Inside tickets are personalised and are used to form a guest list for each show. You will not be permitted inside the Zoom room without disclosing your Full Name or alias used when purchasing your ticket. General Admission tickets are transferable but contain a Unique link and hence can only be used once. If you forward your ticket on, there is a chance you will not be granted access into the show.
